Once again they clash together and the arrogance of the frogs once again turned in favour for the Roller Orcs. 19000 roller fans came to this game that was essentiall to win so that Blue Bay finest can reach the play offs. The weather was perfect and the amphibians won the coin toss and felt that a quick goal would be in their favour. The Roller found that tactical sound for their part as well and put up a deep defence with tactially placed stand firm players and frenzy players in the back to be able to control the placements of the frogs for what good that will do. As figured the frogs went for a two turn score that the rollers felt was exactly what they wanted. The frogs tried to hit a hole but the orcs is hard to move and they went over instead running down the field with tree catchers while the last one safety got hold of the ball. The orcs then marked up the frogs and tried to safe up interception opportunitys and with a bit chance play they blitzed whith what they felt was tactically sound with frenzy and tackle even though they had to push their limits to reach. The frogs followed up this with a planned fast play but after a failed pass turned into they fumbeling the ball the orcs took hold of the situation and started beating the frogs to pulp. Turn two for the orcs was a preview for the rest of the game with three knock outs as a result they marked up the ball and went with the bashing game figuring that it was enough with that. The frogs then panicked from the player loss and took a chance play running to the end zone with the hope of a goal but the ball just wouldn't want to be tossed and the player in the roller end zone screamed on his teammates but still was sent into the stands. The Rollers then spent the rest of the half trying to score but with frogs leaping in and bravely putting the orcs to the ground they never managed to break free and score. Perhaps because the frogs was a bit frightened to fall down. For example 15 block dice it took to get their last catcher to the ground. Last turn a frog punt put the ball out of reach after the rollers took to long bouncing the ball around and left it in the clear with four player just standing not doing anything. Second half the orcs quickly got hold of the ball and pitch with help from four frogs still in the KO-booth. They chose to play it safe of fear of the six knocked out frogs and scored in their last turn. |
